...But probably not as much as some may think. Perhaps some of us
have an image of some guy running to get the latest catalog, finding
the right page, standing in line to use the copier, throwing it on
the copier, running over to the fax...etc.

Since the catalog is already in digital format, probably what really
happens is this:

Customer service rep does a search at his/her computer for the
desired page, takes customer's fax #, clicks on "send", and the fax
is on it's merry way. Remember, this is the "Age of Technology"...
seems to me McM-C already has it down to a science.
