Let's be *quite* clear here - there's NOTHING in that catalog that is
"little profit" for them. They are WORSE than Grainger on some things as far
as price goes. YES - they have an excellent support reputation so that's
what you're paying for. A catalog is a DIRECT tax write off and is a cost of
doing business. Period. I may buy one 1/2 inch nut from them this year and a
CNC lathe next year, but without a catalog, I'll never know that they sell a
lathe, so they're off my potential supplier list. Not worth it to get up,
log on, search around and waste time on the web when a catalog, with an
index, will have me to that item in seconds.

They can keep their catalogs and I'll keep my business (which is growing
RAPIDLY) elsewhere.
