I got one from them unexpectadly after I had ordered maybe fifteen
hundred dollars worth of stuff over a year or so, then not ordered
anything in a while. (I had at one point sent them an email demanding
a copy of the CD catalog they were briefly touting, pointing out that
it cost them a few cents to manufacture, but never did see one of
those.)

I tend to use the online catalog when I actaully buy something, but
the print one is nice to flip through on a slow day. I really like
their online catalog and of late have been chosing them over MSC on
the convenience of it (MSC seems to immediately dump you into a chose
size, length, etc applet wheras McMaster will first show you a pdf of
a catalog page where you can see the variety that is available).
Come to think of it, I'm not sure I've ever spoken to anyone at
McMaster on the phone.
