Basically, if a company does not serve your needs, vote with your
feet. The fact they did not give you a 5lb catalog does not make
them a bad company and thus deserving bashing on the web.
There are plenty of truly crappy companies, and my comments were
only because of the literally thousands of orders I have placed with
them, ALL the orders were processed that day, efficiently, and I
can't think of a single error in ordering or defective shipment.
Almost every order was on my doorstep the very next day. Combined
with excellent customer service, they really are the best company I
have ever dealt with. That being said, I'm bummed that I am working
from a 6 year old catalog myself, but such is business!.
