I have a card with a coax fitting sticking out. It's probably looking for a
connection, which is why it hangs at that point for a few minutes before
reporting failed. I'll take it out of ini, if I can find ini. Hmm, where is
ini?

I was really being a bit facetious, the two devices are quite distinct. I
can call out OK thru modem using phone.

How to find? <-Actually that should be 'who cares?'. Also, anyone, can
modem be mounted like floppy?
