Hans's needs are different than yours or mine. I am committed to get EMC
up and to using it, but his point that it isn't very intuitive, and
therefore, takes more time to access than he can give it, has probably also
crossed your mind.

In joining this list we commit to helping each other meet their needs for
the subjects of this list, not to judge their differing constraints as
somehow less than our own.

I am often amazed by the valuable insights of people I had previously
writtten off as flakes. I don't want to drive them away, and I darn well
don't want to drive away a person like Hans, who has presented valuable
insights from his first entrys. He is not a flake. He just has different
pressures and goals.
