Commander" and it is "The" thing for multiport systems. You can with
VERY little effort put up to 26 OS's on one system. What's nice about
System Commander is it manages all the changes that are made from OS to
OS so you never loose anything. It's also cheap.
If you have not seen it http://www.v-com.com I am not connected with
this company in any way, I have just been using it since they first
released it.
They also have a partitioning software, I have NOT used it, for that I
use Partition Magic, which allows me to repartition WITHOUT losing data,
ti be honest, I still backup before I use it, my work is simply much to
valuable to play games it it. BUT, that said, it has never trashed my
system.
This combination of "System Commander" and "Partition Magic" make it so
easy to load any OS..
What the hell I still have that Red Hat Linux 5.2 somewhere I'll put it
on some time when I get time just to placate some people. At least when
I say dislike it, I'll be able to say in great detail why. I'll stick it
on one of my seven systems but not on this main work station.
Thanks Ian.
