Hans,

Which Grizzly mill do you have? I have a Grizzly bed mill and am in the
process of converting it to CNC. I kinda look at it as a kit of castings
that need re-machining. I have re-cut the dovetails to 60 degrees (they
were about 54.5) and am installing 0.0625 Turcite B. I'm also putting a
vector drive on the head to replace the really power hungry Chinese motor.
Many other changes also in progress. Please let me know what you've come
upon in your mill, I don't want to overlook something!!!
