Hans,

You can buy a motor, speed controll and headstock from Sherline for about $175 US. The modification to the MAXCNC is not a large
project...I have been told. This would give you the ability to use the 3/8" end mills as well as all of the other sherline
accessories, since I believe that the people at MAXCNC told me that the slots in the table were the same.

Just a thought...
