Lloyd,
There are some of us that use a DC powered fan (www.jameco.com) on
the DC bus. draws less than 0.1 amp, makes noise, and bleads your
cap at the same time. The noise is an added bonus when you open the
case.
And for another blead loop, check Mariss's power supply loop in the
files section. drops the power of the cap shortly after the power
goes off. Only caveat is that ( I think it was Les) mentioned
brownouts may activate the circuit. Quick search for the posts will
reveal that discussion.
