I have them Electric Fence chargers and some of them put out over 10,000
volts, I have bounced off the wires a bunch of times. I use that to keep
cattle out of my yard and contained in some pastures.
These are almost zilch in amperage, now, if you have low voltage with high
amperage, that can fry you.
