Actually, life is a process, not a thing. It's like a fire. When the fire
process is over, where does the flame go? The best answer is, it doesn't go
anywhere, it just isn't any more. Similarly, when life process is over,
it's just not there any more. BTW, If you have a cite on the resistance
thing, cite it. Otherwise, since nothing grossly electro-chemical changes
when a person dies, I'm afraid I regard that as 100% incorrect. Next I
suppose we'll get that old treat about people losing weight as they die.
Actually, they lose a bit of weight with every breath when alive only
(water vapor); when they die, they stop losing weight.

Another cite is needed here. But since digital and analog instruments
operate by similar principles, there's no reason why you couldn't detect
ummm, whatever, either way.
