Volts don't kill; amps do. Usually the worst is less than 1A (near to
your body's current) where it interrupts your heart. Volts would just be the
"penetrating power" of the charge. If you've got bleeding hands and are
standing barefoot in a puddle of salt water, it wouldn't take much...
