I know we're gonna get mom upset by these, but.....

A dead human female body has a resisitance of 2,500 ohms and a dead
male, 4,000 ohms. Ain't no way I'm going into how life changes that
when the body is occupied.

hold one lead in each hand take a deep breath, if the digits change,
(gotta be digital) then you have eaten recently and are not tired.
The digits changing show how well your metabolism is working at the
moment, exchanging oxygen and all that.

kinda-sorta how lie detectors work.
