Sorry I wasn't trying to say that there shouldn't be an EDM list (I
have just joined) just that there is no reason why those pictures and
videos cannot be posted here as far as I can see.

When we talk about CNC mills/lathes or whatever talk sometimes drifts
off topic. At that point it gets stopped, but it is only the OT part
that gets stopped. EDM is a little different in some ways because
most people have limited knowledge of the procsess and some
understanding of it is required if one wants to build and design from
scratch. In some ways we really want to copy industrial units so
knowing some basic parameters is important.

Obviously posts of the "what wire thickness do I use for ..." are
completely unsuitable.

Guidance list Moms please
