Thanks Dave, I had my electrician look over the power and he thought
all was well. I used the Nema 42 since the mountings were already
setup on the original CNC Boss 6 system since my machine was born a
CNC. It would be pretty difficult to switch to Nema 34 but it could
be done. It might all come down to needing much more power and I
will be testing a different driver with built in power tomorrow. I
have resorted to just plugging the powersupply to the wall as it did
bother the backup supply by creating a temporary fault. I will also
be trying a different pulse generator to see where the weak link is.
It is strange to me also that so many others have had success and I
am struggling... painfully...
