Including Art Fenerty. You might want to know that the reason he is
able to do the things with Windows that his program does is that he
has studied virii and hacking himself. Out of challenge and boredom;
he's said.

The important thing is to know he's not offended that you want to
steal his work (however you want to justify it in your mind or with
your rhetoric) because he knows things about his software that you--or
anybody else going to astalavista--do not...

And he's said--no, promised-- that what you find out will be at your
own dismay and frustration. His final words in his reply when the word
came that Mach had be "cracked" were: "I control your machine; are you
sure you want to upset me?" (paraphrased from memory).

We were young once too...
