Thanks for the help. I have no idea what is going on, coz I did nothing
more nor less than before, but this time it booted from floppy and it is
now on DOS 6.20. It had unpartitioned space of 300 Mb which I made into DOS
partition with fdisk. I'm not sure why DOS now reports more Mb in that
partition than I asked for, but am not complaining.
