If you step less than one X step, it won't matter. In Mach1 even a move
under a step is considered a step. As to the angular effect a move like G1X
.1A360 will provide the same toolspeed as G1A360 as the diameter of the
object is still taken into effect. In Mach1 , unless you select "linear" as
your angular movement, the diameter is always used in calculating the move,
so degree's per second are no longer used. The Feedrate is applied to the
rotation axis instead as a toolpath velocity and not an angular velocity.
(unless linear is checked in which case the feedrate is accepted as degrees
per minute). This seemed to make morte sense as no-one seems to cut in
degrees per mnute.
