That's what I did... Got the 'black box' from Tri-Phase Industries,
Anderson, S.C. (800) 603-7636. A 20 hp unit for about $350.00 + shipping (I
think that was $38.00). A friend owed me a favor, and I wound up with a
good, almost new 15 hp 3-ph motor. About 3 years prior to that, I bought a
10 hp unit from them, complete with motor, for $999.00 (on sale), and
shipping was about $110.00 I'm satisfied with the performance of both
units.
