All VFDs, since the 1980's, convert whatever input power is supplied to
DC first, then convert to 3 phase at the desired voltage and frequency.
That's why it doesn't matter what you supply, as long as you don't overload
the rectifiers. There are a few older VFDs that have a power
transformer for
the electronics that runs off the AC input. In that case, you just have
to find
the right pair of input terminals to connect the line to.
