Where are the kits available on E-Bay?

Okay, on a 1 phase to 3 phase converter
1: I hear that the statics have a maximum number of on/off cycles per
hour. If this is no longer true, please post MODEL and MAKE for me to
aquire one
2: Rotory was/is the way to go, but I hear that's not longer the
preferred method
3: VFD ? ? are the best way to go for static?
I'll tell you the truth, I am leaning towards a 5hp rotary to run a 2
hp 220/p3 mill.. Planning on buying a kit for the tronics off ebay and
then aquirring a 5 hp motor local
Thoughts? suggestions?
