pls excuse my rather poor english but i hope i am able to point out
the problems with mill maschine cleaning:
first the problem must be solved considering the mill speed (circumferental)
and the weight of chips.
blowing away would surely not work. the result is that you have a resultant
speed
that varies for each chip around the tool. thus the pieces will fly away in
any direction.
the only one solution is to make a suctions (vacuum cleaning) system.
of coarse you might be faced with sound problem. and attenuation is really
mendatory
for bigger units. but there is a way to make a correct design for air
silencers with special
designed wafers and centers not to be worn out by the dust.

others i do know here in europe and i was convinced of the perfect work is
from
german cfg works.
