All the supply houses carry one brand or another.

Use-Enco, MSC, Travers, J&L and the many many others.

The cheapest way out may be to buy an air brush as had been
mentioned. E-bay has them daily. Just make sure the shipping
charges are not more than the tool.

The typical units I have used either mount on the head with a bolt,
or stick on with a magnet.

A note on tanks. If you put a tank on the floor, you will need more
CFM to suck it up to the cutter. If you hang it higher, it will
drain out overnight.
