I assume you mean add a bit of abrasive into the oil after it leaves
the cylinder....

It would seem to me that with a 10k psi hydraulic cylinder and a
lever connected to a 30k psi water chamber, you could use water.

I have not been able to find the gpm of water use. I'm too lazy to
calculate the rate of flow with a 10 mill nozel, but it would see
that hang time, my term for the cutting time would mean a start, then
a fast table move to get the cut.

Interesting idea.
