I think its Noga and Kool-mist might still make one like that. Just a valve with magnetic base and hoses. When I get in the shop today I'll get you the name and model number.

reservoir, just get the hoses and valve and use a 5 gallon bucket for
coolant resovoir.

The airbrush idea sounds like it might work too. If it helps, I'm
generally machining with small tools. Typically from .1275" to .02".
