My Z axis is on the spindle and takes very little force . It is running
an 840 oz/in geared about 1.5 to 1 on a ball screw .
I can get you a picture of the Z drive if you want it ?
The knee on this mill takes a gorilla to crank , as the table must weigh
about 1,000 pounds , it is 30'" X54" & over an inch thick .
