Hi Dave,

They are servos? I always guessed they were steppers.

I have an older HP bed scanner that I picked up surplus, seems to be
mechanically OK (it does it's little initialization dance), but is SCSI, and
a quick search didn't turn up any drivers for it. Would also need a driver
card, unless I go back a system or two.

I wouldn't mind being able make it move as well! (I don't need it to work
as a scanner, just the motion).
