Yup, those look like old 2J (vari-speed) heads, normally found on a
Series-I machine.

The controller is NOT a Bridgeport BOSS! It may be totally usable as
is. Is that a Centroid control?

It looks like it may be a 2-axis system, though. The heads have no CNC
drive, and I see what looks to be a knee elevating crank hanging out
from the chip shield, which would indicate there is no CNC Z axis at all.
