I gave this some thought. I don't think this part is a good candidate
for CAM.
In my shop, I'd make this from a bar of maybe 6" or more. I'd mill the 2
shoulders in 2 passes and use an end mill to produce the holes (so there
is no need to spot drill). All in MDI mode. I'd power tap in the drill
press holding the tap in the drill chuck, and cut to length on the band
saw. Chamfers are a quick hit with a file.
While it could be done, to mill this from sheet stock is wasteful in
material and machining.
