Same link, click forums. There are also SourceForge lists for
developers and users, and if you want to search the archives, that is
the best place, as the history goes back years. The forums on
linuxcnc.org are pretty new, and not everybody is using it yet, but the
important developers and users are there.

Oh, yes, most surely. We also have a Wiki there, and it points to all
the documentation. Everything is available in pdf, some are also
available in a html style for online perusal.
