Yup, I'm aware of them. They use a conductive ink system, so there is
no
metal to metal connection between inner layer copper and the plated
copper.
That makes me nervous. Also, I don't see anything about desmearing of
the epoxy smear in the hole (caused by the heat of drilling). This is
really important to get proper adhesion of the copper to the inside of
the
hole. If you don't do it, the holes will pull out when you desolder
parts
from the board, which is practically a given on prototypes.

The eyelet kits are expensive, and much more trouble than inserting
wire wrap wire through the vias.
