Ted,
Thank you for your very graphic and detailed account of the processes you used, and the nightmare of doing it in a "green
community"
I'm taking your advice, and sticking to ready made boards... Jail does not sound so good...
With regards Ferric Chloride. As I use so little of it, I purchased it from Rat Shack and kept the bottle ( three bottles and
still using it after many years). on which it clearly states "Used Solution may be discarded in sink followed with flushing of
water" ! In the good old tradition of this litigation crazy country
( the UK has a better solution, make the looser pay ! stops a lot of crap law suits ) I expect I would have to sue Rat Shack
.... It never ends, does it, no wonder lawyers are rich fat cats...
I will archive your message for the technical details and as a reminder...
I would like to rant a bit about the greens... There was one on tv the other day, protesting against use of ANY kind of
plastic... If that person ever needed hospital treatment, I would love to ask, "what do you think of plastic now ? ". These
people are the epitome of hypocrisy. The minute they need all the things they protested, it suddenly becomes "OK" and they then
justify it somehow.... I lived in Scandinavia for many years and they are very vocal and active there...
regards
