Good thinking, and close! It might work. But, the real laminating
machine
uses a resilient coating on the roller, because they know the boards are
stiff,
and not totally flat. The laser printer/copier fuser rolls are hard,
because
they know the paper is thin, and can be pressed against the rigid roller
by a
soft rubber pressure roller. I think you would get uneven application
of the
dry film resist, but you could try it and see.
