To slip a piece of vinyl tubing over a roller, choose the smallest (least)
interference fit size of tubing. Don't lubricate it if it is going to be
heated. Fit an air compressor disconnect to the end of the tube. I often
used a piece of pipe to clamp the tube to and then used reducers to the
male air fitting. Compressed air acts as an expander and lubricant while
you slide it on. You may need some extra hands.
