To slip a piece of vinyl tubing over a roller, choose the smallest (least)
interference fit size of tubing. Don't lubricate it if it is going to be
heated. Fit an air compressor disconnect to the end of the tube. I often
used a piece of pipe to clamp the tube to and then used reducers to the
male air fitting. Compressed air acts as an expander and lubricant while
you slide it on. You may need some extra hands.

We have the same system and the same theory, since it was not only derived
from the British system, but, when our laws don't cover a situation,
British law applies. Reality, in this country, is that, since justice
isn't free, you must buy it with all of your family's assets. If you are
found innocent, the claim is made that justice has been served, but you are
often left peniless and in debt. I will ignore other costs. The
development of genetic evidence and exposure of law enforcement fraud is
now showing up some recent errors.
