Re: gecko's and voltage - Gecko Warrantee

Well I must say I am amazed at all the replies to my seemingly simple
question. Some replies even answered the question! I must also say
I asked Mariss this question offline as well and I recieved a very
quick response. Goes to show that Gecko Drive is a top notch
retailer/manufacturer, and is genuinely concerned about the customer.

I will continue to run the drives at 65 volts. I would hate to break
these perfectly good drives.

Thanks for everyones help.

I have one more question then. If I can obtain a 80 volt REGULATED
powersupply, it will be perfectly safe to run the drive at the RATED
voltage correct?

My motors are 115 volt DC, 1.1 amp coupled direct drive to 3/4-6 acme
screws.
