mach3 question

Our science and tech club finally got a used minimill (X2) with cnc and Xylotec controller running using Mach3. Woohoo, we have entered the 21st century! One issue we are having though is that when running the mill using Mach3 and the computer keyboard, the key directions seem to be reversed. Where did we mess up in setup? Is that in the configuration of pins setup?? This is all new to us and way cool to actually see something move, but then we realized XY and ?Z? were all moving opposite the direction of the arrow keys - took a little wind out of our sails. thanks, Chuck
