A little update - we made chips the last couple days!! Thanks for your help
guys! We finally got MACH3 to recognize the correct calibration file for
the minimill, and successfully used a couple wizards in MACH3. We cut a
circle, a few pentagons and some text, so we made good progress. BTW - we
are using a sharpened piece of 3.5 in sheetrock screw as our bit - actually
worked pretty well. Didn't want to break $15 bits while learning :o))
