Slightly off topic an already off topic ..

With my monthly heating bill at $200 per month EACH month ( the utility
company has an equal payment plan ) and about to go up 30% ! ( thanks
to California ), how warm things are, and when, is becoming a real issue.

Basically, I want the shop warm when I'm there and as cool as possible when
I'm not ( which is much of the time - HSM is just one hobby of three )

Is there any real problem with warming the shop to 70 when I'm in it and
then lowering it to 60 ( or 50 or 40 ) when I'm not ? My concern is
condensation and hence rust, and living on the Wet Coast, it's a REAL
concern.

Any thoughts appreciated.
