I did a lot of work on my place but it pays me back every day. The daughter wanted an apartment above the garage so she, (with our
blessing) had one enormous room added above my garage/shop. That took care of heating the ceiling. While the contractor had all the
old siding removed from the garage, (to match the new siding on the addition) he was quite willing to pull off the OSB add
insulation and put the OSB back on. So that took care of the walls. That left only the door which was getting very tired so I had
it replaced with a fully insulated Garaga garage door. Lastly I had a natural gas, wall mounted heater with zero length flue
installed.

It did cost a fair bit but its been worth ten times what it cost.
