Ian,
Thanks for the tips! I just heat the tub's water, and hadn't thought
about the impurities angle. Poly pipe IS nice to work with. I did have
to make up copper lines to the heater, but after that, poly runs
underground to tub.
I haven't heard about microbore systems, like a "bundle" of pipe? Skid
pack for the tub is on the backside of the house, near garage, so the
pipe run isn't bad. I was thinking of baseboard type radiators,
although the floor heat would have been nice. Didn't have that option
when the house was built. I was lucky to get 'phones and CATV in
everywhere I wanted it!
