Bill,

I know a couple of people that use the wax for a variety of
complicated prototyping applications. They're not experiencing the
problems you are.

One thing they're doing is using fairly high pressure flood coolant
to blow the chips away as they're formed. That may not be practical
for you unless you have a total enclosure around your machine. You
could approximate that situation with a mist coolant system without
the need for an enclosure.

A plain air blast may help, but I would think the lubricity of some
type vapor additive would make the cutter/wax interface more slippery
and less likely for the chips to stick to the cutter.
