Hallo William,
First try cooling the cutter with compressed air, to blow out the chips.
In the odontologic labratories they work the wax with heat knifes.
perhaps you could finish your parts after milling with a heated
ball point nose that smoothens your mold and takes away the chips.
Eventually it could be usefull to suck the molten wax away instead of
milling.
Have fun trying the diferent ideas.
