How about the Bismuth-Tin eutectic "CerroTru"?

Melts at 281 F... so you would melt it out, not burn it out
(will it come out of all the details?)

Relatively non-toxic compared to the low melting alloys which contain
lead and cadmium.

It is intended for casting accurate plugs to duplicate interrior
features... it has essentially no shrinkage/expansion on casting.
