Mickey Mouse toys. (In particular I remember a rooter mill made out
of aluminium profiles that shook itself apart and lost steps up to
1,5mm of position error in one work cycle)

You often work with wood-based materials I think, in addition to
other things. What kind of resolution, repeatibility, robostness, etc
would you consider appropriate for working with wood-based materials.
It cannot be as demanding as for metal based materials, I am sure.
