hi, well i have a vac table and the holes are very small, maybe #60 drill
and spaced 2 inches (squares). it depends on how much pump you have and how
much leaks by while the part is on the table. i have used sheet vinyl or
rubber around the part to minimize vacuum loss. If you use acrylic make sure
you support it well or it will sag and or shatter. cul brian f.
