Hi.

Did you plan on using ball screws for the X and Y?
If not then using the micro feed for the Z would be as good as the
acme screws that comes with the XY right now.
I made brackets and used ball screws for all axis. I also used
angular contact bearings all the way though.
Depends on what you are doing, Just adding motors to the mill/drill
the way it is might be fine.
