I have a round column mill so I plan on installing linear slides to prevent
the rotation and a full length ball screw to raise / lower the entire
machine head for down feed.

This unit has the slide, ball screw / nut and motor mount built into one
unit. I'm considering that as an alternate to 2 linear slides and a ball
screw.
