Not sure what you need a bellows for but here is what I did. On the consoles I've built. I needed a flexible conduit for all the wiring because the console pivots on the boom. Since they were $40+ anywhere I could find one. I made some from marine vinyl upholstery material. Just sew it in a tube a bit larger than the hole it's going in ans then sew piping around the end, then turn it inside out. Makes an excellent flexible conduit and took $100 out of the retrofit. They would be fine for a leadscrew cover also.

So far I've managed to post everything from getting the mill, to getting
it running with servos/building the PSU/chassis/installing limit
switches. I was hoping to get this up last week, but I've just been too
busy, so maybe in another 2 weeks or so I can put in the details of my
conversion from leadscrews to ballscrews. The closet for this whole
thing is crawling along as a project.. all in good time... all in good
time.
