In order to use EMC2 with your existing servo amplifiers, you need to get
access to step and direction signals for each axis, or get a converter board
which will provide access to those signals. Then, you simply assign a step
and direction pair for each axis to a pair of pins on the parallel port
using the EMC2 configuration tool.
